Qualifications

I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and a graduate of the InterNACHI School’s Home Inspector Certificate Program. To maintain my certification, I am required to successfully pass a comprehensive Inspector Exam every three years and complete a minimum of 24 hours of accredited Continuing Education each year. My work is conducted in strict accordance with InterNACHI’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, ensuring every inspection is performed with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and client protection.
